per.hr provides time tracking and invoicing software for freelancers, consultants, and small businesses. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.

You can export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days, except where required by law.

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, per.hr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless per.hr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
