Are Reports Free?
Yes. Free includes Reports, project reports as CSV, Excel or PDF, and the year-end tax packet. Team adds the team report, profit by project and pay statements.
Can I Send a Report to a Client?
Yes. In Reports → Project Report, choose a project or client and a period, then For Client. Show or hide amounts, and download it as CSV, Excel or PDF.
What's in the Tax Packet?
Income by month and by client, estimated-tax periods, payments by method, sales tax collected and what was unpaid at year end, as a PDF with the CSV files behind it. Teams also get each person's hours and cost for the year.
What Are Statements?
Each month, a statement shows a person's hours by project at their cost rate: what they've earned. Owners and admins see everyone's; each member sees their own.
