In Work, choose a project or client and Invoice unbilled. The entries become line items and are marked billed, so they never go on two invoices.

Yes. Invoices hold time, fixed fees, expenses, discounts, deposits and late fees, with tax on its own line.

Does It Work With My Accounting Software?
