Clients Pay Online

Every invoice has a Pay button for card, bank or PayPal, and per.hr marks it paid when the money arrives.

Start With Three People

A Portal and Reminders

Clients see every invoice from you in one link, and per.hr nudges them before and after the due date.

Questions

Can I Bring My Hours From Everhour?

Yes. Export your time entries from Everhour as a CSV and upload it in per.hr under Configure → Data → Import time. per.hr matches the columns for you, and you can change any match, shows you the clients, projects and entries before anything is saved, and lets you undo the import later. A team can bring everyone's hours at once with a Person column.

Is There a Minimum Team Size?

No. Team starts with 3 people included, and you can run per.hr on your own with Free or Pro.

Does per.hr Take a Cut of My Payments?

No. Card and bank payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and PayPal to yours. Stripe and PayPal charge their usual processing fees, and per.hr adds nothing on top.

Can I Approve My Team's Timesheets?

Yes, on the Team plan. Each person submits their week, you approve it or send it back, and approved weeks lock so billed hours stay put. Reminders go out on the day you choose.
