Questions
Can I Bring My Hours From Clockify?
Yes. Export your time entries from Clockify as a CSV and upload it in per.hr under Configure → Data → Import time. per.hr recognizes the Clockify format, shows you the clients, projects and entries before anything is saved, and lets you undo the import later. A team can bring everyone's hours at once with a Person column.
How Do Clients Pay a per.hr Invoice?
They open the invoice link and pay by card or bank through Stripe, or with PayPal, on Pro and Team. Repeat clients can turn on autopay. On Free, invoices show your Zelle, PayPal.me or own payment instructions.
Does per.hr Take a Cut of My Payments?
No. Card and bank payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and PayPal to yours. Stripe and PayPal charge their usual processing fees, and per.hr adds nothing on top.
Can I Approve My Team's Timesheets?
Yes, on the Team plan. Each person submits their week, you approve it or send it back, and approved weeks lock so billed hours stay put. Reminders go out on the day you choose.
